CoCreate Design Studios is a creative house based in the Netherlands, focused on the development of original design-led intellectual property across worlds, games, and fashion.

The studio operates in pre-production and early-stage concept development, providing design services that shape direction before production begins. Work centers on worldbuilding, 3D environments, visual systems, and concept design for digital and physical products.

CoCreate Design Studios supports both internal IP development and selective client engagements. Concepts are developed with emphasis on clarity of intent, coherence, and long-term value. Production and commercialization, when required, are approached separately and in collaboration with appropriate partners.

The studio is founded by Jousuf Mohamed (Design Architect) and was joined in 2025 by Yulin Yao, Creative Strategist and 3D Environment Designer, strengthening the studio’s focus on spatial design and visual storytelling.
